Our collective members of "GIRLS WITH GEAR" represent a diverse spectrum of independent filmmakers in Los Angeles. G/G is founded by a female, queer, disabled veteran and membership includes female-identified persons, gender non-conforming individuals and trans people who own and work with film and television gear.
